How does the iframe embed work?

Once your event is live, we generate a single <iframe> snippet. Paste it into any HTML editor — Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow or hand-rolled — and your checkout appears, fully responsive.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. Tickstler connects to your own Stripe account so payments settle directly to you. Setting up Stripe takes about 10 minutes and is free.

What payment methods can my buyers use?

Anything Stripe supports in your country: cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local methods like iDEAL, BACS or SEPA where available.

Can I issue refunds?

Yes. Refund any order from your dashboard. We refund our platform fee back to you. Stripe's processing fee policy applies separately.

Are tickets emailed automatically?

Yes. Buyers receive a confirmation email with their ticket(s) the moment their Stripe payment clears.

Can I collect custom info from buyers?

Absolutely. Add custom required or optional fields to your checkout — dietary requirements, age confirmation, t-shirt size, anything you need.

Can I sell add-ons or merch?

Yes. Add-ons appear at checkout with their own quantities and prices, so you can lift average order value without adding friction.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on EU/UK infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. You can export or delete attendee data at any time.
