Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tickstler platform ("Tickstler", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Tickstler provides software that enables event organisers ("you") to sell tickets to events directly from their own websites. We act as the technical platform; we are not the seller of the tickets and we are not the merchant of record. All payments are processed by Stripe, which settles funds directly to your connected Stripe account.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the events you list, including their lawfulness, accuracy of description, and delivery.
- You are responsible for issuing refunds where required by law or your own policies.
- You are responsible for your customer relationships, including data handling, privacy obligations and customer support.
3. Fees
Our platform fees are listed on the pricing page. Fees are deducted automatically at the time of sale. Stripe's processing fees are charged separately by Stripe.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use Tickstler to sell tickets to events that are illegal, fraudulent, infringe third-party rights, promote hatred or violence, or violate Stripe's restricted business categories.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that exposes Tickstler, Stripe, or buyers to risk.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickstler is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
